Agency Co-operation

(1) The structures and arrangements which were in place in March 1999 to facilitate co-operation between Social Services, Police and Health Services in the areas where Victoria resided.

(2) The structures and arrangements which were in place in March 1999 to facilitate co-operation in the areas where Victoria resided between the agencies referred to above and:

(i) local education authorities;

(ii) local housing authorities;

(iii) immigration authorities;

(iv) Social Security benefit offices;

(v) voluntary and community agencies.

(3) The structure and arrangements which were in place throughout the relevant period for intra agency co-operation and exchange of information (between one local authority department and another and one police unit and another and one health agency and another).

(4) How those arrangements functioned in practice.

(5) The changes, if any, in those structures and arrangements which were introduced between March 1999 and February 2000.

(6) The changes in those structures and arrangements which have been introduced since February 2000.

(7) The way in which the arrangements for inter agency co-operation and intra agency co-operation should have functioned between March 1999 and February 2000.
