The submission of Leroy Logan included some material
relating directly to Phase One and was the subject of a letter
dated 20 May 2002 from the Metropolitan Police Service. Lord
Laming has decided that neither the letter from the Metropolitan
Police Service nor those parts of Mr Logan's submission that
relate to Phase One are to be treated as evidence to the Inquiry,
as there has been no opportunity to test them in the public
hearings. He has, however, directed that the letter from the
Metropolitan Police Service be placed on Inquiry's website immediately
after Mr Logan's submission. |
